Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery Time

• 🇲🇾 Malaysia: 2–4 business days after dispatch
• 🇸🇬 Singapore: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the courier and delivery location. Delays due to public holidays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

J&T Tracking

For orders shipped via J&T Express, tracking may not show updates immediately after dispatch. The tracking status will become active once J&T has picked up the parcel from us.

Please allow some time for the first tracking update after pickup.
